As described in the go-ethereum PR: ethereum/go-ethereum#31165, Go 1.24 is incompatible with version v0.3.13 and [this](supranational/blst@df47c4c) commit from the BLST repository fixes it to be compatible with Go 1.24 Signed-off-by: Yacov Manevich <yacov.manevich@avalabs.org>
